Another month is starting, is it going to see the first flight?

  4hr

I cut small brass plates , had them engraved to label some of the switches and controls, and attached them to the panel with the smallest brass screws.

I mounted the skid indicator in the botom center of the panel. Wish I had the pace for an old fashion one...

I removed the unfinished brake pedals from the cockpit, and cut aluminum plates to fit small rubber pads from AutoZone.

  4hr

I made 6 brass straps to attach the silver colored brake cable housing to the legs of the gear . Left and right have to be routed differently because the brake drums are identical and one is mounted backward.

I glued the black rubber non skid material to the aluminum step for the passenger.

I drilled two solid aluminum flame shaped bottle stoppers with a 3/4" holes, and fitted them on the ends of the stick . They make a perfect 3 fingered grip to prevent me from holding that stick too tight...

I assembled the plane outside to finish the wires and try things out , and left it out a few days to enjoy.
